Description Hii, I am Rogansam for your Xerox Printer Related Problems solve so, Check to check if there are any jobs in the print queue for Xerox Printer Offline. Make sure the port is TCP/IP and not WSD. MS shifted the port to WSD. If so, click the right mouse button on the print driver and choose "Printer Properties" > "Ports" > "Add port" > "Standard TCP/IP port" > "New port". In the following window, enter an IP address and click "Finish". Then choose "Ports" > "Configure port" once more, change from RAW to LPR, and enter "lp" in the Queue name area.
